TOPIC 2 : GOAL SETTING



GOAL STATEMENT 

The definition of GOAL is an observable and measurable end result having one or more objectives to be achieved within a more or less fixed time frame.
The simplest  way to define goal is as a desired result envisioned by a person or a group and accompanied by an effort aimed at achievement.

LONG TERM AND SHORT TERM GOALS

🔺LONG-TERM GOALS ; It is something you want to do in the future.  Long-term goals require time and planning. They are not something you can do this week or even this year. Long-term goals are usually at least several years away.

🔺 SHORT-TERM GOALS ; is something you want to do soon. Short-term goals can help you make big changes. It is something you want to do in the near future. The near future can mean today, this week, this month, or even this year. A short-term goal is something you want to accomplish soon.

5 TIPS TO GET OFF THE RIGHT THIS SEMESTER

-Be active in classes
-Attend all class and take note
-Always study for exam
-Always submit assignment right on time
-Get a Dean list every sememster



HOW DO I REACH MY GOALS???

-Get advice from my family which is always support me
- Track my performance
-Don't let anyone set the goals for me
-Aim high, but start low, celebrate and keep going
